Mogensen Sieve
Mogensen sieve is an efficient screening equipment based on the principle of probability screening. Its core is to use the probability difference of material particles passing through the screen to achieve rapid classification, rather than relying solely on the size of the sieve holes for physical blocking.
Basic principle: Probability sieve actively utilizes the principle of probability, that is, when particles of different particle sizes move on the sieve surface, their chances of passing through the sieve holes (sieving probability) are different. Particles with a particle size much smaller than the sieve aperture have a higher probability of passing through the sieve, often passing through near the feeding end; Particles with a particle size close to the sieve aperture have a low probability of passing through, and they need to move further on the sieve surface to pass through. This “aggregation and separation” trend based on the probability of sieving enables the probability sieve to complete the sieving process in a very short time.
