The vacuum suction conveyor is an advanced, reliable and complete vacuum conveying solution for powders, granules and powder-granule mixtures.
The entire conveying process is fully enclosed, preventing dust pollution and occupational hazards to the workplace, surrounding environment and operators. The equipment features low initial investment and reduced maintenance costs. Once installed, commissioned and put into operation, it requires almost no daily maintenance; only regular inspection and upkeep by maintenance personnel are needed.
Vacuum conveyor feeder automatically transports various materials into the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, grinders and other equipment, and can also directly deliver mixed materials into mixers such as V-type mixers, two-dimensional mixers and three-dimensional mixers. It reduces labor intensity and eliminates dust spillage during feeding, making it the preferred equipment for pharmaceutical and food factories to obtain GMP certification and achieve clean production.
