Structure
The 450 vibrating filter screen consists mainly of a main body, vibration system, discharge hopper, screen frame, and electric control system.
The sturdy main body serves as the supporting structure for the vibration unit, screen frame and discharge hopper. The vibration system, equipped with a vibration motor and exciter, produces three‑dimensional vibration to achieve efficient material screening. The discharge hopper is designed to collect filtered materials smoothly. The screen frame is fitted with a replaceable screen mesh, available in various materials and apertures, allowing for quick disassembly and easy cleaning. The electric control system supports start‑stop control and speed adjustment, ensuring stable and safe operation throughout the screening process.
