Horizontal Linear Vibrating Screen (Linear Vibration Sieve) is a widely used screening equipment driven by vibration motors, it’s ideal for dry/wet screening of particles, powders in various industries.
When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and superimposes a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, forming a linear excitation force. The two motor shafts of the linear vibrating screen have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface, and under the combined force of the excitation force and the material’s self-gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
